About Me

Hi, I’m Belinda!

A qualified careers advisor and educator with over 14 years' experience helping people find direction, confidence, and meaningful next steps in their careers or education.

I’ve worked as a high school teacher, VET and pathways coordinator, trainer, and career development practitioner, and I know how overwhelming it can feel when you're not sure which way to go next — whether you're leaving school, returning to work, or navigating change due to disability, mental health, or life circumstances.

Here’s a bit about my background:

  • Graduate Certificate in Career Development Practice

  • Graduate Diploma in Technology Education

  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment

  • Cert III in Commercial Cookery

Yes, I wore chef whites for a time too

  • First Aid, CPR & Mental Health First Aid

  • Professional registration with CICA

    Careers Industry Council of Australia

  • Member of CEAV

    Australian Centre for Career Education

  • Working With Children Check

But qualifications aside, what matters most to me is making people feel supported, heard, and hopeful. My approach is warm, practical, and person-centred.

I can help with career planning, course selection, resumes, job applications, and interview skills — but I also support you with the workplace strategies and executive functioning tools that make work feel more sustainable and life feel more manageable.

Think: routines that work for your brain, communication skills that reduce overwhelm, and real strategies to stay on track.

If you’re looking for a safe, encouraging space to figure out what’s next (and how to get there), I’d love to work with you.
